On the fence about GPS Black

I am on the fence about purchasing GPS Black.

I remember hearing that the support can be very nasty and not helpful but I understand that may not be the case. Also, I am confused when it comes to themes for GPS black. How many theme options are available for GPS black that come with the purchase? Is there a demo available or screen shots of each theme available? I would purchase but it almost seems like purchasing GPS black will only lead to more purchases for upgrading/mods/themes and I don't want to have to constantly spend money.

Finally, what is the difference between GPS Black regular and pro/premium version? I've lost the page that explains it.

I'm considering a purchase but need to fully understand what I'm getting into.

We provide people with only one theme installed.
We don't give a change to chose themes. There is only one theme for GPSBlack and if you want more themes then you have to order one from designer who can make you a theme.

I could have misread the situation, but I noticed that in a bug reports thread, one of their staff replied saying that the reason for the bug was because the "User was dumb."

yeah the site was down to the main site on the server being attacked. We will be moving the site a another server soon when we get some more bug issues out of the way. I am sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
